What this site is
Business Valuation Cost provides independent information, tools and data. Figures are researched, sourced inline, and dated; tools show their assumptions. Business Valuation Cost is a free introduction service operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. We pass your details to relevant valuation firms and accountants, who contact you directly with their own fees. We may receive a fee from those providers; you pay nothing and are under no obligation. We do not produce valuations, we are not affiliated with HMRC, ICAEW, RICS or the Ministry of Justice, and nothing on this site is tax, accounting or legal advice. Statutory and HMRC figures are quoted from the official sources cited, with the date those sources give.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and no tool output is a quote, an offer, or a recommendation to act. Results are estimates from the stated assumptions; confirm anything that matters with a qualified, authorised professional before acting. Where we introduce you to a provider, we act as an introducer only: we do not advise on, arrange, or recommend between providers, and we never handle client money.

We work to keep every figure current (each table shows its last-updated date) but make no warranty that content is error-free.
